FP Location

I have a couple of questions on FP -

1> Does FP need to be done at a specific location or can I go to any location (may be outside of home state) to my FP?

2> Do attorneys also receive the FP notice?

I have the same question. How does this process work? Am I told where I have to go for the FP or do I get to choose one (closer to my state or in state)?

Do people have to travel out of state for FP?
