We filed our I-140 in Jan. 2003 and I-485 in Feb. 2003. I received the FP letter from VSC in July 2003 and I already did FP at INS local office. We never received my wife's FP letter so far and we believe it was lost during the mail delivery because we moved from VA to NY last August. The INS website shows that her letter was sent out last August. We already wrote letters to VSC several times, called the customer service a bunch of times, and visited local office to request new FP letter, but we did not get any response from VSC yet.
Our I-140 got approved this month. Does anyone have similiar experience and can tell us what we should do? Will our I-485 case be delayed due to my wife's FP issue?
