FP Letter for the Applicant and dependant

Folks ,

Can one expect to get FP notice at the same time for both the applicant and the dependant . My wife got her FP notice today but I have not received it yet .

Could you folks share your experience .

I have the same issue. My 2nd FP was received and my wifes copy was missing. For my first FP we received them together and i beleive thats the norm. I spoke to the cis representative and she mentioned my wife can take the original attorney FP notivce copy and get the things done.

Thanks .applevalley . Do the Lawyers also get a copy all the FP notices ? If so why cant we take the orginal that they have if we dont recevie one?/

You mean your attorney received copy for both of you but you didn't.

I am in same situation. My spouse didn't receive the notice. We thought it will be in today's mail but no luck

I-485 ND 9/26/2002
FP1 result received 11/5/2002(self)
FP1 result received 11/7/2002(spouse)

EAD3 Approved 7/31/04 (ND May 4, 2004) (both self & spouse)
AP3 Approved 8/19/04 (ND July 14, 2004) (both self & spouse)
FP2: Notice recv 8/29/04 scheduled date: 9/18/04(self)
FP2:?? (spouse)
I485 AD (before 9/26/04 hopefully)
 
Thats right. Attorney received copies for both of us , but we reviced only for one. And as i mentioned i spoke to the CIS agent and she mentioned that since all the appointment details were already sent to the local ASC, i can take the original attorneys copy and go in. Hopefully it will be ok.

I got FP2 notice for me (primary), but not for my husband. I got my FP2 done at Boston earlier than the scheduled date, but they did not let my huband do hid FP2 without notice.
 
I called NCSC and was told that if we do not receive FP notice for my spouse within next 30 days then I call to check with them again

Also, My attorney did not receive FP notice for either of us just checked with them

Received FP2 notice for spouse

FYI, We received the FP2 notice for mu husband yesterday. My notice date was 8/20 and his is 8/24.
