FP Issued But not Received !!! (Spoke to INS-TSC-IIO)

RD: 08/03/01 ND: 09/07/01 EB2 (On trackers with KVNR)

I just spoke to IIO!
She said, they requested my FP on the same day of ND.. And when they inquired the status with them (not sure who is that)? They got the answer saying they already issued and since it is still effective they can'nt issue again? So, She asked me to fax to the INS and find the status. She cant do anything until the issued FP expires. She dont have any phone number for me to call.

Did anyone checked with IIO recently.. and got the same response.. ? Did anyone faxed the request..? Does anyone has got the Format of that request (or any suggestions).?

Any comments are really appreciated.

Ordered not Scheduled??

From your posting it looks like your status is "FP Ordered not Scheduled". Thats what I was told by an IIO more than 6 months ago. They apparently order FPs right away after receiving any I-485 application. But, FP-scheduling is a just a matter of luck, with TSC. You won't receive any notice for FP, unless they schedule it. Hope this helps.
