FP issue

We did our FP on December 23 rd 2002, but on the web it just says:
Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on November 14, 2002. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

Is it something wrong here, or they are just waiting for the 15 months period in order to update my info,

Maybe a glich in the online system. Call and check your status on phone. if the same message on ATM speak to a customer service rep.

This has happened before.
