FP Issue!

I was told by FBI that, the fingerprints are not complete. Can I ask INS office (where I had the fingerprints) to redo again? Or I need to wait for another FP Notice from INS? Can anybody advise.
Details : NSC EB2 PD 6/99. RD 11/00 ND 12/01/00. FP 03/24/01

You may be able to use the previous FP notice to do it again.
