My online status says
"On May 8, 2002, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review".
So far I was thinking that this is the same message for every body, but I have recently found that this is a different message than others.
I have called FBI today and they said that our finger print results are already sent to INS on May 4 th. I am trying to call INS but the number is busy. My lawyer says that these days this is a common issue and she believes that our fingerprint results still not reached INS from FBI. Any body has any information about this type of case and what I should do next.
