Fp - Is Driver's Licence With Photo A Mandatory Requirement?

Hi ,

Any one did their FP recently at INS - NEWARK? I am scheduled for FP on 19th Aug.

One of the thing that FP notice mentions is to bring along Passport, Drivers Licence or State issued Photo Id.

My question is - If I don't have a Drivers licence with a Photo, Is that an issue?

My Original ( or 1st Drivers licence ) is with a Photo whereas the Renewed Licence in 2002 is without a Photo.

I do plan to take both my Original and renewed licence, EAD, AP with me, but just wanted to check any one's recent Experience at NEWARK.

Any feedback is highly appreciated.

We did our FP on 8/3 and showed our passport as ID
 
LUD also changed after receiving FP

Great thanks for the information. BTW my LUD on the 485 case no has changed to show TODAY's date and message saying that we have sent you FP notice on 6th Aug.......
