My friends filled i-140/I-485 concurrently in middle Dec 02, received notices on 12/29/02, received FP notices for him and wife from attorney last Saturday (less than two weeks after the I-140/I485 notices). He is in Atlanta, GA, attorney in Alabama, filled applicantions to TSC.
