My appointment date is Nov 6th at San Diego ASC but yesterday (oct 9th) we did fingerprint for me and my wife at San Marcos ASC. No question asked, it hardly took 30 minutes.

We did our FP on Oct.11
My husband and I did our FP the day after we received our FP notice(appointment scheduled for Nov. 8). We had it done in the support center located at 2509 El Cajon blvd. Very good experience. The guard did ask us why we came earlier than the appointment day. We said that we would be out of town on the scheduled day and he let us in. The best time to go there is after 1:00pm, there was almost no waiting line. Never thought INS officer and the technicians could be this nice and friendly.

Is there anybody waiting for amended I-140 approval due to I-485 RFE

RFE : 03/28/01 (CSC request I-140 amendment due to company name change(because of merger)
RFE sent : 04/10/01(I-140 amendment) EB2/WAC 01-179-54571
RD : 05/09/01
AD : still waiting(6 month passed since I-140 filed, NO AVM update)
Anybody who are in same boat ?
