I and my wife had our FPs done in Philly last April. It was very easy. The staff were extremely nice and cordial. They use the computerized system so they make sure the prints are OK before they let you go. The whole procedure (including the waiting) took about an hour. Just take the documents mentioned in the appointment letter and go to the address given on the appointment letter at or before the time given on the letter. And you will be out of there in an hour.
