FP in New York

Dear all,

I received second fp notice with scheduled date for Nov. 20 at the Jamaica center at Queens, New York. Anyone with early fp experience in New York, can you please share your experience? Do I have to go to the center designated on the notice, or can I go to another center? Many thanks.

I took my fingerprints there twice. The people there are very friendly and the lines may look long but they work very fast. Make sure to take your appointment letter with you, passport and immigration ID such as your work permit. You cannot go to another fingerprint office. Just make sure that when they are doing your prints on the computer that they enter in the correct information. Some of the technicians there are not that good at typing in correct information.
