FP in Columbus,OHIO

I have a friend in Columbus,OH. His Rd 07/03/01 ND 08/15/01. He hasn\'t get his FP yet and he is saying that NO one from Columbus,OH getting FP notices, because there is a big backlog in local INS ASC.

Is this true? Are there anyone out there sailing in the same boat?

Any information greatly appreciated.
 
My neice RD is 7/6/2001, still she did not get her FP notice and she said no body from her friends\'
