FP in Atlanta: Please Help Me

Folks, I received FP notice for me and family today. However, the appointment will be on the 22nd of January and we wont be in the country during this time.

Can I go early for FP in Atlanta?
Has anybody ever done this?

I have already purchased tickets for the whole family and we leave on christmas eve. Pls reply me soon so that I can make a vital decision.

I will go with my family along with my ticket to the FP office to explain things to the officials. There is no harm in trying; all they have to say NO!

Please go. The officials are human they will understand. They are very nice people.

Just go to ASC. I think over 50% of applicants did FP ahead of schedule.

Follow Okun's suggestion. Saturday is a good day.
 
I have given my FP earlier than the date specified on the notice. They took it. But it is not in Atlanta. However you can try... I along with lot of my friends gave before the date on the notice. There is no wrong in trying. Also tell them your specific situation on why you have to come early in case they ask you. That should help. All the best.

Did you also call TSC for FP and is that's the reason for FP. Also what's your Country, Category, PD?

Will PD has any significance in 485 Processing or it's only Country, ND and Category that are the factor's for 485 processing like getting FP notice.

Can anybody shed some light on this???

We also went earlier than the scheduled date

And we showed the officer our tickets. So, it doesn't hurt to try. We went to the San Antonio office...
 
Thanks for the information. We went to the Atlanta Office today and we completed FP's in less than 45mins. Wonderful!

WHAT DOCUMENTS AND IDENTIFICATION DO WE HAVE TO TAKE TO ATLANTA ASC TO DO OUR FINGER PRINTS?

IS THE ASC OPENED ON SATURDAYS?

WHERE IS THE FINGER PRINT CENTER LOCATED IN ATLANTA?

All you need is your drivers license or any form of ID.
You must take your FP notice with you also.
They are open on Saturdays.
They are located on bufford hwy. On I85 exit on bufford hwy and just stay on the hwy for 10 mins, you will see the ASC on the right.
