FP in a different location: Which ASC to go for Rockland County, NY?

I originally applied for 485 to VSC while residing at Texas. My employee has permission to apply to VSC for any application.

I got my first FP on Feb 10, 2003. I moved last month to NY area to Spring Valley area, Rockland County. Got changed the address on the phone and mail for my pending application.

But yesterday my lawyer is telling me I have an FP appointment in San Antonio which I cannot make. But he is telling me to go to one of the ASC in NY area where is my current residence.

1. Will it be a problem if it says San Antonio ASC on my notice?
2. Which ASC should I go to? My residence is in Spring Valley, NY [ Rockland County ]
 
upon my lawyers request I went to New Rochelle ASC.
They didn't ask anything to prove my residence and corrected the address in the databases. As of Jul 2, I had my second FP's. Hope not to see another one before 485 gets approved
