i most likely received a 2nd FP notice in Denver this last wk (and unsurprisingly, missed it). my address change was put in by mail but INS never updated it for some reason. i called yesterday to change the address. i now live and work in a state under CSC jurisdiction. any idea how complicated things could get here? as far as i know, you guys all have ND's close to mine (mine's 19 Apr 2002). 2 of my friends the same month have also received their respective FP II notices.
i read on the original FP notice that if i reschedule and/or miss showing up, this means abandoning my sweet case. the problem is that the 800 number guys as well as the NSC-IIO's (402 number) don't seem to have a clue as to the whereabouts of this FP. online and verything else is same for me, as they are for my friends. could i possibly do anything to get the FP moved and rescheduled by a 1000 miles to a different state? what happens? and how do i go about doing it anyways? my idea was that FP remains valid for 15 mths, so what's going on?
as an aside, i'm still working on 131, 154, and 164, and am over half-way through those LIN's. will post the excel files in the Greenland Report as soon as they are brushed up.
