FP how long to wait for Clearence

Hi,
My self and my wife had FP done in SFO, after a day I checked my FP by calling FBI.My status says completed but my wifes they do not have status yet.What could be the proactive measure.

I just did my fingerprint. Could you please tell which number did you call FBI to find out the result?
