Hi everyone,
I will be applying for my _485 shortly. I am eligible to apply under 245(i) rule.
My question is this;
Would the fact that I overstayed my visa create a problem during FBI background check. Someone told me that any kind of a criminal or immigration violation would trigger a problem during this check, even though I am eligible for adjustment of status,
