FP got rejected

I just had my Green card interview today. Everything got approved, except I was told that the FBI rejected my FP. I had to go to the LAPD County office in Norwalk, spent $42, and waited for almost 2 hours for a clearance letter because that\'s what the INS wanted. Does this happen often? The FP office approved/passed all my FP when I was there a month ago. Now I have to wait for my passport to be stamped, God knows how long it will take this time?

Did you have your FP taken at any ASC and when ?

Angeles ASC. What is ND? Thank you.
