I called IIO on Thursday about my/wife\'s I-485 application for the first time. He gave me the standard answer that my application will be reviewed in 60-90 days. But the de-moralising part was that my wife\'s FP(which was redone once) has been rejected again and her case will be transferred to CHICAGO office whenever the officer will look at our apps.
I thought they send three notices of FP(if rejected twice). He said if FP is rejected twice, the appln goes to local office. Is this correct?
I can\'t believe what security this guys can provide when they cannot take FPs with everything organized(no FPs on some old cup/vessel).?Beats me!!!
