FP for Oct ND- Courtesy Recd. + Yellow form??

PD:2/96
ND:10/3/00
EAD: got interim card from local office
AP: Recd. Dec 1st week
FP: feb 9/01
1. Lawyer got the courtesy copy last week but my original is not here. The archives in this board had something for this - can i take my courtesy copy to INS for FP?
2. I see a mention of "yellow form" - does CSC send this out to people who applied just 5 months back?

Wait for a few days for the original, if you still have not received
it, try your luck using the courtesy copy. Alternatively, you can
go to Westminister office and ask them to issue you an "original".

Yellow form is for NSC folks. It has nothing to do with us.
