FP for ND 01/09/04 and Question...

Hi Friends,
Mine is Lab Sub/EB2 and received FB notice to appear on 09/08/04. No change in LUD for 485 and 140 not yet approved, still waiting.

Question.
My wife is currently in India and In notice it is written that if we do not attend this appointment, we can attend any Wed till Nov20.
Anybody see any problem attending FB at later point than appointment time?
Please give your inputs, if you have already gone through this.

It should not be a problem. But if you anticipate it beyond Nov 20 - then ask your lawyer to send a request to service center for change. You can go ahead with your FP anyways.
