Hello All
I have seen some I-485 Applicants who have applied between MAY-OCT2000 have recieved their Finger prints(FP) notices and FP process have been completed. But there is another group for whom FP is being processed for OCT99.
Can someone explain why this is Happening? Also Since FP is valid for only
One Year would folks who applied I-485 after May 2000 would have to go thro FP Again In case they do not recieve Final Approval within a Years
time since there FP was processed?
