FP for children

hi,

just heard from our lawyer that me and my spouse got the FP notice. however none for my 4 year old child. the lawyer says that no FP is required for children under 14. can anyone verify if it is true? any experiences would be greatly appreciated.

i am a newcomer to this site and this is my first post, my details are:
EB3 India
PD: Sept 1997 (not current)
ND/RD: Oct 1999

any response would be greatly appreciated.

Children under 14 does not need to have Finger Printed.
