FP for Children of 8 Years age

Hello Gurus:

Will there be finger printing required for children of less than 8 years age ? The reason I am asking this question in the finger printing that I received for my self, it says ignore this if below 14 years or above 79 years age.

that\'s right kid\'s under 14 years old are not required to have finger printing....
