FP - Few Queries

My RD is 05/02/01; ND 07/19/01. Have received AP and EAD. Service Center is VSC.

1. Does anyone know when I may receive FP notice? (Based on current trend at VSC)
2. Who receives FP notice.(Me or my attorney)?
3. How many days ahead of actual FP date the notices are received?

Mine was approx a month (Received notice on 7-17, actual FP on 8-15)
