fp expring and how to expedite?

Can anyone please share the requesting letter to expedite the process based on FP expiration 15 month rule? Mine expiring this month august 2004.

by the way what is AILA, IIO stands for? who and how can you use AILA liaison to do above? How do you find Officer # and fax #?
