FP Expires and Address for speeding process??

Hi All,

My FP is going to expire in about 3 months. Did FP on
March 03. ND March 02. I believe i saw somebody
mentioned about sending a request to process before
FP Expire etc?? Does anyone know where do i send
this reqest???

YogiR - I sent TSC a letter exactly 3 months before my FP expires to the following address/fax number.

SydneyRacquelle - Good question! I have no idea if it really helped.

I faxed/mailed the letter on 01/02/2004 and got RFE on 01/29/2004. But one could also argue that TSC was processing 11/2001 cases anyways and this was bound to happen.

I have no idea!! But hey, the fax was free and it costs $0.37 for the mail. What the heck ... I gave it a shot.

If you believe in superstitions ....

.... a few weeks ago, BAJIS had provided the same sample letter.
Based on the sample letter, I was ready to send an FP expiry request to TSC. Guess what, that very evening, my status was updated to "Case Transferred" and now, a month later, am already approved. Draw your own conclusions !!

I think TSC is trying to finish those cases which have FP expiring to avoid 2nd FP. If your FP is going to expire, it has good chance they will work on your case soon. So, good luck!

BTW, it doesn't hurt to fax the letter to remind them.

I did send the letter in last week of Feb. (My FP was 2/19/2003)

AD: 3/29/2004.

Don't know if letter triggered it, or senator's request or on its own.

No harm in trying.

i didn't send letter by mail, just faxed them on Mar 29.

Bajis : Which is better - sendinga fax by myself or ask my lawter to send a letter/ fax requesting TSC to expedite the processing?
