FP expired after I responded to RFE

what if FP expires after we respond to RFE? Do they ask me to do FP again?

RFE received 6/13/2003
RFE responded 7/10/2003
1st FP expired 7/23/2003
 
No matter what, your FP should be valid on date of approval. Yes you will get another notice for 2nd FP.

am in the same boat...RFE 6/17 responded 6/23 fp expired 7/11
my online status says RFE response rcvd 6/27.....please post
when you see an online status change or if you receive the
FP notice.....and I do not think u will see an approval directly...
but u never know.. INS..they have their own algo for picking
up cases and approving them....and it's never the same.

online still says RFE rcvd

rcvd in snail mail...on a white paper(not standard ins doc)
scheduled for aug 22..in San Jose...
