I did the FP on 09/09 and the LUD changed on 09/15, but my wife did the FP on the same day 09/09 with me but so far there is no update. I checked with FBI they verified and sent to USCIS on the same day itself. Meanwhile my company responded the I-140 RFE and the LUD changed on 12/14. But still no response about my spouse FP. Can some one please give some information what i have to do.

Hi Pradepc,
I have a question regarding your FP. WHen the LUD changed on 09/15, did the message change too? I did my FP on Nov 16, and the LUD on my I485 changed on 12/10, but the message didn't chage. I'm concerned the LUD change may be related to a change of address that I sent in July....

I have similar situations.

My wife and I did FP on 12/29/2004. On 1/4/2005, LUD changed for both of us. However, only my I-485 message changed to "FP received" and my wife's I-485 message did not change.
