Fp Done Waiting For I140

Hello all

I have my FP taken on 11/20 and status updated today, however I am still waiting for my I140 approval....currently VSC is processing I140 applications filed as of Sep29,2004....I filed my I140 in Mar 2004. I know that FP has nothing to do with I140, but wondering if any one got their I140 approved after FP....please share your experiences ....Thanks for your time.

They are unrelated, as the FP pertains to the 485.

In my wife's case her 140 was filed mar/03 and texas is now doing august/03. We just had our second FPs and i suspect that the 485 will be approved soon. Since it was filed with the 140, I think the 140 will be approved too (I bet it is technically approved already, but just not reported as such).
