Does the LUD get updated in the meantime? How long does it typically take to update?

LUD changes once after FP notice was issued and again after interview was scheduled (case transfer to local DO). There won't be any LUD updates otherwise. You need to wait until your interview was scheduled. That takes anywhere between a month to 4 months on average.
