FP done in San Jose but AVM not updated

Hello gurus,

I just posted this discussion earlier but it vanished into thin air. Want to add this again.

Here are my details.
EB2/RIR/India
WAC # 0169x
PD: 12/09/1999
RD: 04/06/2001
ND: 04/30/2001
FP done on 10/20/2001 (as per schedule).

It\'s been two weeks since my FP and the AVM is not updated still. It gives the old message "It takes about 975 days...". Is this normal or is something wrong. Please respond..

Called up FBI and they said it was sent back to INS on the same day(10/20/2001)

No change in AVM. It does not even say that FP notice has been mailed out.
