I did my fp 12/14 but AVM is not updated yet. FBI said they sent the result to TSC the same day. Called TSC, they asked me to call back if AVM is not updated next week. Anyone in the same boat?

We are in the same boat

We did our FP on 11/27 and on line status has been changed for my case in mid of Decemember, but not my wife's. I called FBI to inquire both of our cases, they told me that they returned INS both of our results on the same day.

I called TSC about my wife's case, the IIO told me that they might have not received it yet. Don't know how come they received mine but not my wife's. Wonder if they've lost it. Will call TSC in two weeks and see what happens.

I checked the online status site today. My wife's FP was received on 12/20 and case resumed.

But she is the dependent.

Case resumed at TSC

RD is 10/30/2001
FP was done on Dec 31 2002
FBI sent the file back to INS on same day.
INS confirmed ( AVM end web site ) that they have rcvd the file back from FBI and the case has resumed.

Has anybody rcvd the approval from TCS if yes then how much time it took. from the finger printing.

I am curious to knowifthis isreally progress.

Thanks

luta:

I analyzed the tracker 2 days back and found that on an average, it took about 204 days for AD from the day of FP. Of course this depends on the validity of data entered by various users. So take it with a pinch of salt.

You can expect your approval some time in End of May/June 2003.

MostlyI will follow up with TSC

Hi,

I did follow up with TSC for my finger printing and my experience is good. I intend to do the same now as well.

One of the reason why I will have to follow up now is that the DOB was/is incorrect and I would like to get it resolved at correct time.

Question :- Is it worthwhile to get the DOB corrected now or afterwards or with the DOB discrepancy it may get stuck ?
