I got my FP Done today. I called FBI few hours after the finger printing but was asked to call back after few days. After reading several people's experiences it seems the finger prints should be avaialble same day. For those people who called FBI, what question did you ask to get the info that your finger prints are processed?

Calling the FBI about fingerprints is about the most useless thing (in my view) to do during naturalization processing. What can you do about it? What can they tell you? They are not going to tell you if they found some dirt on you. Please tell me if you have found some post that has some useful action to be done according to the answer you get from FBI ;)

Did you whisper the secret code phrase before you asked the question about your fingerprints?
It is safer to say it twice as the FBI may not hear it the first time around.

Sometimes it takes a few hours, sometimes it takes a few days for them to process the fingerprints.

But you are wasting your time and their time calling them about this so soon. Your case is not excessively delayed, is it? Let it run its course and don't be a pain to them if your case is progressing within the normal timelines. Back off and let them do their job.

There is a reason why they asked you to call after a few days....! You won't be able to make that call, they are sending a unit to pick you up, discovered some criminal activity wearing your FP...lol!!!
