FP done but no LUD please help

Hello friends, :confused: :confused: :confused:
my wife and I applied for 140/485/EAD/AP with ND of 05/20/05 at VSC. We had our fingerprints done on 06/09/05. There was no update to our case indicating that they sent us a FP notice. Until now, more than a month later no updates indicating that they received or reviewed our fingerprints. Please advise on how long it takes to update case after fingerprints are done. Also do they update the case when they send out the FP notice? Thank you

1. Usually you dont see any change in LUD when USCIS sends out FP notice

2. Sometimes it takes time before you see any change in LUD sfter you do your FP.

You can call USCIS customer service to find out.

After the first set of fingerprints (Sept 2003) the case status changed after approx 4 weeks to The results of your fingerprints have been recevied and processing has resumed on your case

I had second set of fingerprints taken March 2005 (Only valid for 15months) no update at all on fingerprints but in June 2005 they sent refferal for W2 and medical

I 485 approved 23rd June 2005

No one can say for sure about updates, sometimes they do update case statues and othertimes they do not

Do not worry too much about this, however if your processing time on notice date goes beyond 30 days you can do a case status enquiry

NO FP Case status change No EAD

Thank you Value1 and thank you Susan. The thing is that not only did they not update my case status after fingerprint but also I didn't receive my EAD card even though they passed my date. Any clues?
