FP Done!! But Name misspelt. Please help!!

We did our FP today on Tampa ASC(ND 04/22/2002). The name on my wife's FP notice was not right, it was misspelt. But they still took the FP and sent it back saying that they will put a note.

Does anyone have the same experience? Do I have to do anything now. Please let me know.

Some quick questions -

Where's the tampa office for FP located at.

When did you go for FP (Time of day) and how busy were they.

Any problem since you did FP before your Date of FP.

Tampa Application service center

Tampa application service center is in Tampa, but close to Brandon.

I took I-75 from new tampa and then took the exit for 60 and its about 1 mile from there. The center was not crowded. I went before my appointment on a wednesday afternoon. It only took 15 minutes there to do the FP for both me and my wife. Very simple procedure. But as I said they misspelt the name for my wife.

The exact same problem happened to us. My spouse's last name was misspelt. We had to show additional IDs with the correct name and the FP was done. In the name section in the computer they added the correct name by stating "also known as (aka)" and told us that this should take care of the problem. But who knows! We will find out shortly. Please update if you find any other info related to this and I will do the same.

ps The FP was completed a week ago, ND is 09/01
