FP code for 485 approval & GC to be ordered

Both FP1 and FP2 in my case were Code 1. Does that mean I would have to wait for another FP (Code 2 or Code 3 - Biometrics), in order for my I-485 to be approved and the card to be ordered ?

I would appreciate any information on this.
