I work very big company. Our company immigration matter taken care by private immigration company.I do have access to their database. From immigration information my lawyer wrote FBI FP clearance on 18 Nov.
I am just wondering how come my lawyer know about FP clearance if this process is hidden process from public.Also check with my colleagues they are having same kind of message after FP done. Please advice if the FP clearance message is correct or not .

PD : Feb 2002 (own labor)
RD for I140(EB3) : 17 augest 2004
LUD on I140 : 10/28/2004
RD for485(EB3) : 16 oct 2004
FP done NOV 12 2005( INS person told for wrong SSN)
Send letter to CSC for correct SSN number ( for 485)
EDA/AP approved : dec 2004
LUD on I485 : 12/20/2004

FP done NOV 12 2005
