Yesterday me and my wife did a code 3 FP at Boston. They took all 10 fingerprints, digital picture and digital signature. The ASC was very busy and when we got there we had 50 people ahead of us. Total chaos. Filled out a form and showed our EADs as ID. Got a token. Got called in after two hours. Staff was very polite and friendly. They will take your picture several times until you are satisfied with it 
Got our original notice stamped and dated that we completed our FPs. They guy who took my FP had his senior review them and he told me that mine were good prints. I guess this hand cream I got worked
