FP AVM Update

FP was done on 5/22/02, AVM still says"on April xx, we sent you a notice for FP...."

Does this mean they have not touched my 485?

Or they have not received my FP? (I called FBI. FP result has been sent to NSC on next day of when FP taken)

Why some later guys have AVM updated and mine is not?

I too got the same problem and its solved now

Don't worry. I too got the same situation like yours.

I went for FP in 04/02/01. Up until 2nd week of August 01, the AVM used to say 'On 03/01 we have sent you FP notifi***'.

Now it says 'on 04/23/01 we got your FPs, we approved it and the process is resumed'

Surprisingly, my wife got this OK message on 04/10/01 itself. We both had the FPs done on the same day at the same INS office. Only difference is, I was through a manual FP process at the INS Newark office and My wife was through a computerized FP process. I believe that could be a problem. Who knows???!!
