FP AVM not updated

Hi everybody,
  I am so glad to have found this wonderful forum. I think this is the best forum since not only can u post ur question, u get prompt advice from all the helpful people on this forum. I would like to say a warm hello to everyone. My details are as follows
PD Jan\'01
RD 01/07/02
ND 01/09/02
FP Mar\'02
EAD May\'02 for my spouse and myself. On EAD for both of us \'Fingerprint not available\' statement is present.
While after my FP was received by INS, my AVM was updated to "Processing Resumed", my spouses still states "FP notice was sent on -- and date and time is on notice . If 14 days have passed & u have not received notice then -- contact us." Does he need to call up IIO & find out whether they have received the FP. I am worried since I have read in a number of places that IIO\'s get bothered if we call them frequently.

No need to worry if AVM is not updated. If there is any probalem with FPs and needed FP redo then you should have got that letter long time ago. See the following thread about AVM FP related updates (to get an idea how reliable it is and how log it took for some people)!

If you are still worried, call CSC and talk to an IIO, it\'s okay to findout status.

PS: Can you please provide your EADDate, FPDate (scheduled, done with complete date not just month and year) for tracking purposes?

  Its just that since our EAD also atated FP not available, I was worried. FP date- don\'t remember.
My FP AVM updated on Mar 21 \'02
EAD approved May 31 \'02 for spouse
For me no change in AVM , but received it along with spouse begining of June.
