No Title
Me and my wife did our FP on 7/26/00 at Newark. We arrived about 7:20. There were about 20 people already.We got into the building at 7:50. There were about 60-70 people in the queue then. Total FP process including fill form, check ID, finger printing, ..., took about 30-40 minutes. I think if you want to finish earlier, you may arrive there around 8:00.
