Received Finger Print notice from VSC. My RD 08/09/2000 ND 08/30/2000 Centre is ASC New Rochelle,NY. The Appointment Date is the week of 11/21/2000. Can I go any Wednesday before the scheduled appointment date? Please answer if you have FP experience at New Rochelle,NY.
