FP at different ASC

Friends,

We have received 2nd FP notice from VSC (I-485 filed at VSC. RD: 3/15/02, FP1: 5/8/02) because our 1st FP was expired in August 03. We would like to do early FP at different Application Support Center in Houston. We have an appointment on 10/24/03 at South-West (Fonderen Plaza) ASC. We would like to go to the ASC on Highway 290 instead of scheduled South-west ASC.

Couple of questions:
1. Do they allow early FP at ASC on Highway 290?
2. Changing ASC causes any problems?

it should not be a problem.

I am not from the state of TX but in my case I had to change the ASC for FP and it was not a problem.

When I applied for my I-485 I had an address in TN. Then I had to move to MS. I sent my AR-11 form. TSC sent my FP notice to my attorney. I never got one to my changed residence(I do not know if this means they have not updated my address in their system? FP's. ). The FP notice said to get my FP at a TN ASC. But I called my local ASC and they said that they would take my FP's.

So call your local ASC before you go there and you have to probably take an appointment.
