FP at Dallas, 485- NSC, working in Minn, desire to get it done earlier

FP - INS Dallas (May 25, 04)
I would be in Minneapolis working for the next few months. Can I go to INS -STpaul and get it done there instead before May 25,2004?
- Or can go to INS Dallas earlier and get the FP done?
Will this cause any unknown mess?
