I am considering going to Charlotte, NC for FP since my FP2 and FP3(done in Raleigh) were both rejected by FBI as unprocessable. Has anybody had your FP taken at Charlotte CIS? Do they do electronic FP or they just do fingerprint card?
Any input is appreciated! I am so frustrated. I never had this problem with my 1st FP.
