FP Approved and sent to NSC ..How long now till we get our GC?

Hello all,

  We (my husband and mself got our finger printing notice and a week later when we checked with FBI they said that both our figer prining were approved and sent to NSC.
How long do you think it will take till we get our GC?

Our details are as follows.
EB2 category
RD,ND September 2000
FP February 2001

I have a question. Since the FP is done and the all the quries have been answered, and the card is on the way - may be 4 or 6 months - is it possible for any one to quit the current employer and change the job. I can say that I do not have any problem with my current employer. Have you heard any cases in this situation. Please help.

Is there any difference on obtaining GC between EB1 and EB3 after filling I-485 form? Is EB1 more fast than EB3? Thanks!
