FP Appointment ...

Gurus out there in the forum, I have a question regarding the FP Appointment.

I did my 1st FP in the month of June last year (2005). It has been fifteen months and what I know of is that FP expires every 15 months and an automatic appointment notice is sent out by USCIS every 15 months. However I haven't received any appointment notice for FP yet. Is this common? Has anyone else had same experience? Do I need to contact the USCIS for scheduling FP appointment?

Please let me know. I don't know when these suckers (TSC folks) are gonna take up approving India EB3 cases. I am sick and tired of waiting for my PD to become current. The rate at which they are progressing, I hope I don't have to go in for Another FP, 15 months from now.

There is no hard and fast rule about FPs. Although 15 months is the norm, not everyone receives FP notices after 15 months. These days USCIS approves cases and then asks for Bio Metric information after the approval. This may happen to us. They may end up sending out another FP notice to you. Just keep an eye out for it but do not get stressed if you don't receive it.

Hi mhsoor,

I did my FP's on Nov 04 , and since then .....no response from them !!! It's not regular for them , in these days , to stay on top of FP tracking , so we just have to wait for them to do that , or take an infopass to request that if the PD is current !!! My PD is current , i did an inquiry thru my lawyer , and hopefully i'll receive an answer soon !!! If not , i'll have to take an infopass to solve this matter !!! Hopefully this will help !!!

no FP notice tha NOID

I did not get any FP notice after 15 months my wife got one, when i enquired USCIS said they will send one and later i got a Notice of Intent to Deny as i did not appear for FP. SO follow up with them
