Hi,
We had got our recent FP (Code 1) done last week. The first one was done in 2005.
We have APs and are planning to travel to India on APs from June to July. Can anyone suggest , if it is Ok to travel on AP and enter US ,as we expect the GC to be approved shortly (Fingers crossed). Our priority date is Aug.2001 in EB3. The file is already transferred to Texas.
If GC gets approved in our absence, then is there any problem in entering ? Has anyone experienced like this and can share his experience.
